If you’re looking for some free Microsoft Outlook Tutorials for Office 2016, the free Microsoft online documentation center is a great asset and Microsoft continually keeps adding to its resources.

For instance, Microsoft recently added the Outlook 2016 Tips and Tricks E-Book which is part of a new series of free content offered by Microsoft.  The E-Book can be downloaded as a PDF here and is full of useful tips from how to find the Bcc field how to set up an automatic reply for your vacation.  Other useful tips include how to turn a message into a meeting and how to add a personal signature to messages.

Microsoft  also offers some great free tutorials for Outlook 2016.   For example, many times we’re asked the question of how to to set up an email account in Outlook and this is answered in the “Getting Started with Outlook” video series that consists of over 41 videos that covers multiple Outlook tasks including how to add and remove email accounts;  how to import gmail into Outlook; sending, receiving and organizing messages; how to add a signature; manage contacts and calendars; manage meetings; and collaborate and share with others
